Black History month, observed in February, has its roots in cultural celebrations that have existed since 1926. Just in time for this year's observance, the library at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill has released a list of reliable Web sites on black culture and history.You can view the web guide at the Sonja Haynes Stone Center for Black Culture and History.
